 Title: Consultancy Services for Training of Trainers (ToT) on Food Quality and Safety

 The selected consulting firm will be responsible for delivering high-quality Training of Trainers (ToT) on Food Quality and Safety to stakeholders involved in the IAIP value chains, and for developing a comprehensive training manual. The consultancy will be structured under the following thematic training modules (Lots):

Training Modules (Lots):

1. Food Safety & Quality Standards
   (Codex Alimentarius, HACCP, GMP, BRC, FSMS)
2. Food Safety Auditing & Risk Management
   (Traceability, ISO 19011:2018, Risk Assessment)
3. Laboratory & Testing Standards
   (ISO 17025:2017)
4. Agricultural Practices & Production
   (Aflatoxin Management, Good Agricultural Practices [GAP], Farm/Factory Inspection)
5. Value Chain Development (Manual Only)
6. Documentary Video on Food Quality and Safety

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, with travel to  Bishoftu and Adama.

Duration: Six (6) months.

Expected Start Date:    Immediately after contract signing.

Eligibility and Requirements: Interested firms must submit the following technical documentation for evaluation:

1. General experience in food safety & quality and training documentary video production
2. Specific experience in delivering Training of Trainers (ToT), documentary video production and manual development (minimum of 5 years in relevant assignments).
3. Demonstrated experience with international standards (Codex, HACCP, ISO, BRC, etc.).
4. Technical and managerial capacity of the firm.
5. Curricula Vitae (CVs) of key personnel and trainers (certified in food safety, auditing etc.).

Evaluation Method:

The shortlisting will be carried out using the open national proposal   for Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations
